Healthy Boundaries
Healthy Boundaries
Our personal lives are shaped both by the people we allow in and by those we keep out.
We have made conscious and unconscious choices that have formed what we see as we look around our environment. By first discovering our core beliefs and finding our authentic selves it is then possible to study the contrast of what we have now with what we want to experience.
Boundaries have to do with recognizing our value, becoming comfortable with our integrity, and enhancing our ability to discern between safe and unsafe people. Is there a part of your life that could be enhanced by protective boundaries wrapped around your time, your thoughts, your family, your body?
Remember, “No” is a complete sentence that does not necessarily warrant a defense.
